Jenna is married to Archie Kayes and the mother to Justin and Calvin Kayes. She has always lived in Twinbrook. Jenna doesn't have any siblings - as far as she knows; she has never met her mother (who had been a single teenage mother) because she left her in the care of her Abuela Marta - who never revealed to Jenna her mother's name, and was soon left alone when her grandmother was killed on impact from a car accident.
Jenna leaves Twinbrook after she finishes high school, and moves to Sunset Valley. After living in Sunset Valley for three years, Jenna returns to Twinbrook to the cementary to visit her late Abuela Marta's grave. While in Twinbrook, Jenna meets Archie Kayes, a local resident. They fall in love and Jenna decides to stay with Archie and start a life together. The couple soon have two children, Justin and Calvin Kayes.
Jenna didn't want Justin to move out, since she was experiencing "Empty Nest" syndrome that most mother's get. But, she also felt what her husband felt; her family were the only people she had in this world - as far as she knew.
After Justin moved out, he soon had called his family, and told them that he met a girl and was moving in with her because she was expecting their child. Jenna was thrilled to become a grandmother.
Jenna is now the grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren: twins Justine and Brian Ewing-Kayes; and triplets Rosalie, Carlie, and Ashlie Kayes.
